I probably won’t ever go back to this location. The white guy who answered the phone on Saturday, Dec 20,2025 at 3:52pm was very rude and snappy. I called in to see if my alternator was still under warranty and he just presented this attitude that was completely unnecessary. I was actually at Autozone during the conversation and had him on speakerphone. The Autozone employee was also shocked at how rude he was. My part was actually still under warranty but instead of going to this location, I went to the one in Homewood. Customer service there was 10000x better.

Needed a part, they had it in stock, I was less than 5 mins away they didn't close for 10 mins and they told me to come back tomorrow or go somewhere else. Poor business practices will not be back to this location

Need better customer service

Poor store management, toxic environment. I second what was previously said about store manager Wayne; Rude egotistic power trip, if you ask him about a part and you are not one of his buddy’s or a commercial account he will usually find a excuse to turn you away, Wayne is very short with people when it comes to hydraulic hoses, get into somthing where you are having to explain and describe, and he will all but call you stupid. Wayne never comes up to the front counter, Employees Joannie and Corry were having a conversation with me, to witch Wayne noticed who I was and came up front, he then decided to get in the middle of everyone, I asked him how he was doing and he ignored me. He sat there with a hateful stare, the same fittings he told me were impossible to get I went downtown and

These guys know there stuff , if they can't get it I don't think anyone else could. There a little high than some of there competitors, but you get higher quality parts. I guess the ol saying is right u get what u pay for....
