****Read this review**** 10 out of 5 Stars! John and his staff went above and beyond! I came in to get a new battery as my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was becoming hard to start. The battery had literally died in the parking lot. John helped me remove the old battery (located under the passenger side front seat (Why Jeep?)). After I replaced the battery, he let me wash my hands and even gave me a Sloppy Joe sandwich and a bag of chips that he had in the break room! 1st time customer turned customer for life!

As a small business owner myself i do not take leaving a negative review lightly, but this time I can not just let it go. For starters, I stopped in to get new fuel injectors for my sons jeep, but they only had one avail and indicated they could get the rest in by the next morning and deliver them by 8 am to the auto shop I had scheduled the jeep with for the repair . That actually was great and I was happy with that service. I informed the shop that they would be delivered. The next day I got a call at 9am from the shop asking when they could expect the parts so they could get moving on the repair. I contacted NAPA and I was told they had been delivered at 8 am like I was told. I called back to my shop and they once again denied getting the parts. When I called back to NAPA I was to

Excellent service. They ALWAYS get the right part for the vehicle your working on, sometimes they need additional information,such as a particular digit or letter in the Vin number to be sure they are providing the exact part to insure you won't be running back and forth returning items that don't fit. If you want the job done right the first time, get your parts here. Their prices are generally right in line with the advance and zone chains, and you won't be wasting your time and gas returning parts. Thumbs up all day long for these guys.

I ordered a set if brake rotors on Sunday for a Tuesday pick up it's Thursday and I'm still waiting for the rotors to show up from Connecticut.
