NAPA Auto Parts

I went to the store because they typically sell bar and chain oil while I asked them at the front counter. If they had some, they said they did and after 5 to 10 minutes of waiting, they were so disorganized that they could not find it so I wasted my time drove one minute down the street to O’Reilly’s.(my typical auto parts store of choice) And they had me out the door Quickly.

Napa in Grandview is perfect to go for what you need for your truck. Especially with the 2 gentlemen that work there on sundays, one of them is Sam, and I forgot the other gentlemen name,sorry. Their awesome, and it's always great to go there. STORE #007

Will never go back due to employees being dishonest! They gave us a price for a part that needed to be ordered and said they would call us when part was in. Day after part was supposed to arrive we called and found out part was there and they forgot to call us, not great customer service but not that big of a deal but when we got there to get the part it was $55 more then we were told when we ordered it. Was told they made a mistake but will not honor the price they told us. We could have got it cheaper elsewhere but would have had to start ordering process over again and clearly need my car up and going again so had to pay. I fell like they purposely bait and switched us to get our business. Will not ever go there again since they can’t be trusted! May contact corporate to let them know a

I was actually surprised when I went in and asked for a voltage regulator for a 1955 Farmall Cub tractor. He asked 6 or 12 volt, I said 6 and he went and grabbed one and brought it to me. Now I can finish my rewire project and not have to wait to get one delivered!

Just wanted to start out by saying o’reilys price matches! To start About as unfriendly as you can get. Helpful yes, but don’t get on there bad side or they will let you know. Out of spite he gave me a penny off my purchase. Have never in my experience dealt with this type of behavior. I guess they feel they make enough money to step on the little guy. And if you ask to price match anything in the store they will let you know how terrible you are to even suggest saving a dollar. Very cold! But they did have what I was looking for and luckily won’t be needing to buy anything from that particular Napa for a while! I understand people have bad days but you should try not to take it out on your customers.
