Had an online order that said it would be delivered in the morning and indeed it did show up I was very happy that it did I honestly thought they would say o sorry you order has been delayed but no it came in right on time so Thanks I appreciate it got my project finished on time

I have nothing against the people who works there. Only with the potential bad product that is selling there. I purchase the cabin air filter Bosch HEPA Cabin Air Filter 6029C and use it about 5 days this is what I got. Too bad I threw the box too early otherwise I should be able to return this. Update on the story: Me and the Customer Service has an agreement. They will send me a gift card for the refund when I return the part at the local store. Which I don't get I already provide the receipt information why not just refund to the card when I purchased. They said it is going to take 7 to 14 business day to get it. Now it is way pass 14 business days. I still haven't got it. I called them about this issue they provide me with Incident Number and Reference Number. Now they are investigat

Very unhelpful. Was expecting the item I purchased to be delivered from the store the following day. No call no email. I wait a week still no item. I got bounced back and forth with the store and customer service for two days. I never got my item and have no way of canceling my order. Complete waste of my time. I will avoid ordering from Napa ever again.

Awesome service... came in last minute when battery died and the store was about to close. The employee helped, didn't act rushed, and even helped me find a discounted product to help save a few bucks. He also took the time to sign me up for the NAPA Rewards Program even though the store was closing. This was all during sub freezing temps and snow... I am sure the employee was ready to go home and I am very appreciative of the great service! Date of purchase was 1.31.19 at 7pm
