I called in to cancel an online order and was connected with someone named Bill. When he asked what I ordered, I began to offer my order number, thinking that would be helpful. Before I could finish, he rudely cut me off with a "Whatever! It’s canceled," and hung up on me. Thinking it might have been an accidental disconnection (because surely no professional would hang up on a customer like that), I called back to confirm the cancellation. Unfortunately, it was no mistake. Bill answered again, snapped that it was canceled, screamed “I’m busy!” and hung up on me for the second time. No idea how this place would be “busy” with customer service like that. Must be all the customers calling back after getting hung up on the first time. I never write a review but today I am. I called to ask a simple question and was treated rudely by a cranky old man. He pretty much hung up on me. Very poor customer service!

Went to this store first thing in the morning to buy a new battery for my car. The guy name Bill was very rude and angry. He gave me a dirty battery with no sticker on it, I asked if it's new and where's the sticker that says what year it was made. He said that new if and that's what I have. The we started arguing about the fact that I can't buy a battery if I don't know it's new, he got mad and kick me out of the store (saying it's his store )and he don't want to sell to me. What a terrible experience, NEVER buying anything from NAPA ever again! The fact that I have accent doesn't mean I'll be treating like that!

Finally a real parts store. Excellent service and a guy that knows about parts. Will be using them for all my parts for the old ford f150
