Great place. There is no other parts store I'd rather go to, especially for hard to find parts for older vehicles. Carl definitely knows what he's doing and can get you what you need. Great service.

Called to make sure they had a part they said they did. Spent $40 to get there to get it. I told him FRONT rotor. They didn’t have it. Waste of time and money. First time here and LAST! Update. I called the number and spoke to customer support regarding the matter. She asked what transpired and i told her. She suggested $40 reimbursement and called the Greenup Ave store in Ashland. After she was finished she transferred me to the manager over there and hopped off the line. The first thing the manager says is “are you the one that gave my guy a part number?” With an attitude. I said no, he looked up my parts and told me you guys had them. He told me he is not reimbursing me anything. I dont care about the money!!!!!! I care about how shady this place is being and how I’m being treated. Now

Not happy with this particular location. After placing an online order and picking up, which was fast and convenient, turned out that a few of the parts not only wouldn't work on my particular vehicle but wasn't needed. Decided to return but there's where the trouble began. Was told the only way was for the method of payment, which I had used a different payment option, to be presented after talking with the company that provided payment. Not accurate after placing call. Was told they should have processed return. Looks as if I may have parts that aren't needed.

I was looking for a fuel additive to clean my fuel injectors and asked what they would recommend. They gave me a bottle of stuff called "44K". It was probably the most expensive additive I've ever bought. It was $22.99, and worth every penny. The stuff works great. My truck isn't having anymore engine surge or misfiring. I'm very pleased. That's always the way my visits go. It's never really pleasant to have to buy parts or deal with vehicle problems but at least here I am taken care of well. I've never seen anyone have a problem with any of the people who work there. They aren't the cheapest parts store by any means but you definitely get what you pay for. I'll be going back.

Never buy a remanufactured head from them. I recently made that mistake. Not only was I lied to about what all came with it. When I got it on my bench, I found half the Manifold holes have been helicoiled. I never expected that bad of quality out of napa.
