I managed to get the correct part for cheap, but not before having eyes rolled at me and being lied to. The cashier I interacted with should consider asking his coworkers for help (or look at resources online) if he doesn't know something about a vehicle part, or at the very least, be kind in requesting more information about the part in question from customers. Incredibly frustrating, won't be returning to this location in the future.

I have been dealing with them for years. I worked as a mechanic for 43 years & have delt with a lot of auto parts stores. The people that work there are great they know what they are talking about & get you the right parts all the time. They also go to the warehouse often during the day so if what you need is not in stock, they get it for you in good time. Thank you, Richie, from the old Lally's garage.

Amazing customer service! Although they didn’t sell the part I needed for my truck (only sold through dealer & junk yard) the Associate still did a quick internet search for me to help locate the part. Refreshing to know this kind of thoughtful customer service still exists. Thanks
