Always go to this Napa. They helped my wife put wipers on her car while I was away. Counter staff always works hard to find what I need and will consult with other employees to try and get my order situated!

This place is the absolute worst of the worst. RUN do not walk to literally any other auto parts store in the valley. The shop I've worked at has had a relationship with these guys under previous ownership for 35 years. As soon as corporate took over this Napa it went down hill. We've had issues with inventory being off (can't find the parts you ordered), staff not showing up, not delivering parts, not picking up the phone. Extremely long wait times (but when calling in from personal cell phones they pick right up). I've called managers, I've called corporate nobody seems to care one bit. To clarify our business relationship at one time these guys were our #1 supplier. We were likely there largest volume account at one time. Business must be really good for them if you can afford to sour

Since this store is no longer privately owned everything from service to parts in stock have gone down hill bad due to cooperate take over. Still a couple good guys there (pete) but.....This store used to be my favorite no longer the case RIP the canton napa we all once knew

This used to be an awesome parts store, since it went corporate it's terrible. The old staff are gone and replaced with clueless kids. If they can't punch it into a computer they can't help. I had a battery die well within the warranty period but without a receipt they won't help and claim they can't look it up. They changed the layout of the store and in the process got rid of a lot of stock. All the professional autobody and paint stuff is gone, but if you need a good selection of matchbox cars they have you covered. Don't waste your time or money at this place. Auto Zone and Advanced Auto are just down the road, have better prices, parts in stock, and more helpful people.
