So i went in with chatgpt’s infinite knowledge 🙄 well, it recommended a really good oil called liquimoly for my car that was in stock at napa, so i went down to buy it with an oil filter, well i asked for the specific filter that chatgpt recommended, and before he rang me up, (it says on my receipt salesman Richard, employee 3, but it was the man on the far right counter on a sunday 8/10/25 around 4pm) he just sensed something was off and asked my car year and model etc. and indeed the filter i asked for definitely would NOT have fit my Audi, so im very grateful that employees like Richard have this awesome expertise with cars, you cant replace that, and he recommened me a very high quality oil filter made for synthetic oils to match the trick oil i got, so all in all, im very happy that w

Got the wrong filter (I'm not a car person). My mechanic told me I was sold the wrong one. Tried to exchange it--had tossed the receipt. Napa would not exchange an unopened, unboxed filter without receipt. No more Napa for me.

Call day before if they fix high pressure hose they say yes let me see the part when early in the morning to see then they say they didn't have the equipment to do it but I can order a new one. Sad
