NAPA Auto Parts

Update: Monday 01/27/25 I made this review at about 2:30 PM yesterday well earlier today (less than 24 hrs after I made the complaint) I got a call from the store manager who went above and beyond rectify the situation. His name is Ed. If it was not for him, I would never go back to Napa. I changed my review from one star to four stars because I cannot just completely forget what happened with that employee yesterday. But I did change it to four stars because he was absolutely amazing. When I go back to Napa in the future, if it is a good experience, I will change my review to five stars. But I can see, as a wife of someone who owns a business and as holding many manager positions in the past, that that store would be in big trouble if it did not have Ed. As a specialty store they are knowledgeable and friendly. The item I needed was available. Only reason for the 4 stars is they are expensive for stuff you can buy in a non specialty store.

dont know what happened to napa. I order parts online to pick up at the store in 30mins and everytime i get an email saying they wont have the part for a day or 2. i order online and get it delivered it says 3 or 4 days. right after i order the parts i get an email saying the order has been delayed. i call to cancel and they say its being shipped they cant cancel the order. Im done with NAPA.

Better off going next door to Advance Auto Parts. I showed the guy a brake line fitting. He looked at me and said fabricating things are we. I said no, I just need 6 of those. He in turn after 1/2 hr gave me a much larger brass fitting which now cost $48. I said no way, I'll go somewhere else to get the fittings i need. He said well you did it to yourself...I don't know why people fabricate things...I walked out went to Advance in & out 3minutes w/ exactly what I needed..."more fabricated parts". Now I'm going to go post a great review for them.

Today was once again a disappointment when dealing with Napa in Central Square. My other half called the Mexico Napa as we usually do to avoid Central Square and they didn't have the part he needed but according to the system Central Square did. He called them to confirm that they had it before I went to get it for him. I get there and had to wait for 20 minutes while 2 different employees looked for the part with no luck. This is the 2nd time in a row that I have dealt with them and had the SAME EXACT ISSUE! So they say Liverpool has one and they can have it there at 3:15. So I drive 20 minutes home wait an hour and a half and drive 20 minutes back there to wait another 10 minutes for them to search for it amongst the stuff that got delivered to find out it didn't get delivered from Live
