NAPA Auto Parts

Needed a last minute part for the shop. A different NAPA location had something listed online and they were out of stock. I drove 30min to this NAPA. The manager she told me why the other store had listed in stock when it wasn't and called a few locations in the area for me to confirm what I was looking for was in stock. Made my client happy to get their car going at time I promised.

The assistant manager, Lindsey, was extremely unprofessional during my visit. Her attitude and behavior made the experience very uncomfortable. When someone is in a management position, they should represent the company with respect and professionalism, but that wasn’t the case here. I hope NAPA addresses this issue so future customers don’t have to deal with the same experience.

Super helpful staff! Lindsay and the other gentleman working there went above and beyond to help me out with my license plate holder. Definitely recommend!

I like the store location and the people that work in it are very helpful. But NAPA parts are garbage they only last about 20% as long as OEM, they charge about 50% more than you can buy the same garbage for online. But, you can get it today. Do you have a choice?

Had trouble starting my car this chilly morning, so stopped in at NAPA for a new battery after work. Ken & Tom were great --- got me what I needed & even helped me with the swap (more like I helped Them with the swap)Lol! :) Having spent many years in retail myself, I can attest to the value of really awesome customer service!
