Nothing wrong with the store, just be careful of the employee with a green Toyota truck. I dropped my boyfriend off to work there, and he pulled in beside me right when I went to creep forward to see if I could drive out. He slammed on the gas to drive in front of me, until the shell gas station where he made a reckless u turn in front of me blocking me from leaving the parking lot until his truck pulled back into the NAPA parking lot. When i called i nicely was stating the reason why i was calling and was rudely put straight to hold. No one second ma’am I’m with a customer, no please hold b right with u, all he said was thanks for calling Napa this is Chris, how may i help you? Don’t ask how u can help me and cut me to hold while I’m explaining myself!
