Sebastian Napa is the go to place. Employee's are great
Very rude and disrespectful people here show no respect at all especially the ginger with the long beard he was on his man period as soon as I walked in, also don’t try to return nothing because it’s apparently so hard for them to do it
The guy behind the counter is hyper and very dismissive of you.
Today I needed an air filter for a mini excavator. Called Napa with a cross reference. Never been there. Never shopped there. My wife went to pick up and they had it ready for her. Awesome customer service!
Terrible customer service. Very rude and hung up on me. Looking for a part and they told me it doesn’t exist yet they sell the brand. Worst experience ever.
