NAPA Auto Parts - Culpeper Auto Parts Inc

Today I called in asking for a very hard to find fluid. A nice gentleman Chris answered the phone. Told him what I needed. Just because he didn’t have it in stock he kept searching and searching. He found the fluid in his Charlottesville store and I am one happy customer. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much Chris for helping out!!!

I have had trouble more than once with this location before and have said I would never go back. But what do you know I was in a tight spot late last Saturday and so I found myself making another exception this one time. I knew better but thought I would try them one more time. NEVER AGAIN! This ruckersville Napa has horrible customer service, in fact, it was atrocious. Wanted two hydraulic hoses made with nothing old to look off of but I knew what fittings I needed and what size hose. I didn't have anything old to look off of because I'm starting from scratch! I didn't get the guys name but he refused in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I will never go back to this location. I will tell everyone I know that this place is terrible.

Knowledgeable guys and always happy to help. Quick to order what's needed if not stocked in the store and at this point after multiple years of doing business there have they ordered the wrong item for me.

The owner was very helpful in helping me to locate the items I needed for my car, providing recommendations and maintenance schedule recommendations for a high mileage vehicle.

We broke down and the staff especially Dee was unbelievably helpful. She got our part and helped us get back on the road! Wish there were more people like her in this world.
