Ivy the front desk clerk has horrible customer service skills! When we walked in the door, her demeanor changed! My husband was asking her simple questions and her attitude was very rude and short! Never smiled not one time! She was sighing and rolling her eyes like we were annoying her! Didn't feel welcome at all!! Not going back there!! DO BETTER!!!

I want to commend Ivy at this downers grove, IL store. She is so confident and reassuring, especially to women shoppers. So friendly and atop things. Kudos to Ivy for great client service.

They almost never have the parts that you need. However, if they do, they are very expensive compared to other stores like them. Also, not too friendly people, and if you bother to ask for any questions specifically if they have to search for parts, you are looking for not a very friendly face. It almost looks like you bothering them. I never understood this mentality, if you don't like what you do, you should probably look for another job. I do not really shop here but because it is very close to my house, I tried them. I will try to stay away from this store as much as I possibly can.

I went for wiper blades the man i first encountered was very helpful polite and courteous however when I approached the counter the girl there was very rude ignorant and unpleasant! I will never return to the this store because of her nor would I recommend ANYONE to purchase anything there as long as she works there! A smile goes a long way and word of mouth helps business someone should tell her that!

Ordered parts, got them even BEFORE the time they were supposed to arrive. Well done team. Thanks for making up for the bad experience I had at the other store that shall remain nameless. I think I spent a total of 7 minutes TOTAL in your store- really great service.
