NAPA Auto Parts - E & J Auto Parts Inc

Excellent service. I bought a battery from them a year ago. A light was left on and drained the battery. I brought the battery back and within minutes was walking out with a new battery. No questions asked. Great and efficient service. I have also bought car parts from them before where I order and have it delivered to the store for pickup. Again, a very fast and easy process.

Came in due to having an Engine Light On, they were extremely helpful and would definitely go here again for any car parts etc. I was able to clear the code and be on my way!

Always satisfied. Quite a variety of things if not they can order or help you where to find it. Thumbs up!

It was my first time in this store & let me tell ya… SUE NEEDS A RAISE!! Hands down BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE given EVER; even while the phones were ringing non stop, additional to the customers in the store. Thank you for all you do!!

People are soft for saying anything bad about NAPA, Epping. These are the same people that stand there all day long, year after year to keep us men on the road. They are as quick as they can be and they don't screw around. End of story.
