I purchased a car battery yesterday and wanted to leave a review for the customer service associate that waited on me. His name was Matthew, sophomore in high school, his service was outstanding! He was very polite, respectful and helpful and installed the new battery for me. This was my second time doing business in the Epping store, I highly recommend this location.

I Needed a battery charged. Recently having an issue with this same tadk at another parts store, I decided to throw O'Reilly's in the Nav... I'm glad I did. I dropped the battery at the store around 9 AM. Expecting it to take hours (H7) I headed to take care of some business in the meantime. Well, the meantime was a little less than two hours. Excellent service and helpful employees. I would very much recommend O'Reilly's for battery charging and most likely for other car related merchandise.

Very rude staff. The employees acted like they didn’t want to be there. They should be flipping burgers instead of selling auto parts. Most of the employees probably don’t even have their license yet since they are all bratty high schoolers. Absolutely no personality, no smile and no customer service.

The staff at this location was fantastic. They were friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond my expectations. The man I worked with laid out my best options without making me feel stupid or incapable.

Great place for auto parts and recycling of used oil and car batteries. They even gave me a $10 gift card for an old battery that was just taking up space in the garage
