Two older men at counter are significantly flawed in personality and customer service. They are just miserable people. This has been a repetitive experience . I won’t go back there again.

The two older gentlemen that work the front counter are so obviously miserable, every time you go into the store it seems like they’d rather be anywhere else than there. Horrible customer service from those two, when you need to look up a part it’s the end of the world for them. If there was anywhere else to get parts I’d be going there.

Said they were open 8am to 4pm today.. got there at 9am.. closed... wasted trip for nothing.. highly disappointed

I couldn't figure out how to attach a new windshield wiper and without my asking, the owner came out to the parking lot to help. I had in fact installed the wiper incorrectly, so the gentleman removed the now damaged wiper with a new one....no charge! What a great experience. Thank you!!

They're always under pressure: a line of customers, shipping logistics + folks calling on the phone, but they remain calm + pleasant, and they get us our parts. Thanks!
