I went in to ask if they would check my battery and the old dude with the gray Jesus hair said no. I said I have my car out front. He said not unless you take it out and bring it into the store. Lol. What is happening to customer service? No more Napa Auto for me. Peace!
super slow help here. and they will put you on hold forever... sorry i have to deal with these worthless employees...
Stood at front desk in front of three customer service reps for 15 minutes completely ignored as the store was empty. Disgusting. They will not help you.

Bill jumped on my problem hooked me up!! Update....Iva is a stubborn awesome worker that will not stop to try to find the part you need. Although she couldn't find the fuel injector I needed for my 1988 Ferrari she tried super hard! Yeeeeeeew!
