NAPA Auto Parts

I went into to NAPA in Forsyth this morning, for I was DEVASTATED. I had just put $2,500 dollars into my Subaru within the past week due to a issue where I let a shotty auto shop in Griffin Ga put on a tire that was NOT matching the same size of all the other tires which led to work from two other shops. I was greeted by Lindsay and Chris whom were ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! I work far from where I reside and missed a whole day at work because of a couple of issues with my car. They were nothing short of AMAZING. They checked my battery, and diagnosed my issues. They pointed myself in the correct direction and offered not only their time but lent a hand to myself who was already distraught due to the amount of work that was just completed just days ago. I love Napa and they have some top notch auto parts and usually have great sales. However this Napa is the absolute worst. They are so unorganized. I ordered 15 oil filters during their filter sale, they weren't in stock so they ordered them. They never called me when they arrived, when I went up there they didn't have a record of my purchase, I did end up getting my stuff fortunately. Most recently I bought a Napa branded 5 quart oil bottle. It tipped sideways in my trunk and about 3 quarts of the oil spilled out of an unopened bottle which is supposed to be sealed. I didn't ask them for a refund or to clean my car but only to swap out the damaged bottle for a new bottle of oil. The lady was super rude and refused to help me at all. Stopped because on thruway the windshield wiper flew off the car. Went in and they came out after we purchased wipers for both side because it was time anyhow. They helped us put the new ones on and taught my husband all at the same time. He also gave us some advice on a few questions about unrelated items on our specific vehicle. I am very grateful and happy that this store at least gives you old fashioned service like in our day.,I had just gotten out of hospital in Macon and they were amazing. Thank you again NAPA!!!! I would recommend them to anyone.

Got a filter for my wife's car. It was half the price of one I could have bought at Advance Auto or O'reillys. Plus NAPA had it in stock and the others would have to order it. On top of that I didn't have to buy on line to get a decent price or discount. I'll be checking NAPA store first from now on
