Our battery died while on vacation, and the person who jumped it recommended getting it checked at NAPA French Creek. The service was excellent. They immediately checked the old battery and replaced it for an extremely reasonable price. We were back on the road with peace of mind in about 20 minutes. We safely made it home (800+ miles) with our new battery.
Studs on the horse trailer wheel snapped off while traveling to French Creek Horse Camp. This NAPA, had a very helpful crew and got the right parts to quickly get us back on the road. Super friendly.
Like many others -- we stopped in for a new battery while traveling through the area. Incredibly nice guys that were more than willing to swap it for us on the spot which saved us a ton of time. This was close to the end of their day and we were so appreciative of their help. Sounds like a generationally owned Napa, and great people to support.
Our vans battery died while in the national parks. We got out car jumped and drove here. Even though the store was closed, the worker let us purchase a battery and installed it for us. We are so grateful!
Needed vet wrap bandages and antiseptic spray for our wounded dog. Nice gentleman got us everything we needed.
