Exceptional Service and Top-Notch Equipment! I recently visited the car wash in Custer, now under new ownership, and was thoroughly impressed! The newly renovated equipment is state-of-the-art and works amazingly well. I took my side-by-side, caked in over 2 inches of mud, and it emerged sparkling clean. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. One of the owners, who I met while waiting in line, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite my vehicle's messy state, she showed no hesitation or annoyance, only a genuine concern for ensuring a smooth experience. She even made sure I knew to call with any issues, promising prompt resolution. The new owners have clearly prioritized customer satisfaction, and it shows. Great place to clean large size vehicles. Management is never far away should you need assistance with the facilities.

Negative reviews may be outdated. We just stopped by today for an automatic car wash. Card reader worked well for the payment, and the wash was advanced and good. The friendly worker was around to assist since it was my first time visiting to make sure I had no problems. The water pressure from this car wash was very strong and cleaned our car really well.

I love this car wash now that it has new owners! I drive in from out of town just to go to this car wash…. It’s THAT good!
