NAPA Auto Parts - Goshen

I understand why people buy online and do not support the local companies much anymore. Went to my local Napa store in Goshen Indiana this week. Walked up to the counter woman was working ( no smile or personality at all). Told her what I needed she headed to the back of the store to retrieve my parts. Then I waited and waited and waited. Other counter guy asked if she got lost in the back.My reply “ I think so”. 2-3 more minutes went by. He said let me go check on here. About 1 minute later he appeared with my parts and rang me up. Never saw the girl again. Was in the store for 15-20 to get 2 tubes of body filler hardener What a waste of time and customer service. 👎👎👎👎. My 12 year old could have done better.

When I made an emergency stop at Napa Auto Parts in Goshen, an employee went out of his way to help me get the right product for my vehicle. When there weren't any on the shelf, he went to the back and found a similar product which was more expensive, but charged me the same price as the out of stock option. He even helped me add the fluid to my car. And all of this he did while he was injured and had to push himself around on a knee walker! I am very grateful for his service!

Thomas helped walk me through some issues with my car and gave me great advice moving forward. I wasn’t able to purchase anything from them but will be using this store moving forward 🔥

Needed a headlight bulb and the guy even offered his own personal tools! Very helpful people!!

The employees here are professional and knowledgeable. Napa is my goto shop for quality parts. If the parts are not in stock, they order them and I've gotten them same day or next day. They also offer great discounts!!
