NAPA Auto Parts - GW Part Group Inc

Today Phil showed me why you should always stop at Napa first. I’ve been all over town looking for a hydraulic filter, everyone else said it has to be ordered online. I walked in to Phil’s Napa and said if you have this I will give this Napa the best google review I can. I was in the store for less than a minute, Phil ask one question, how many. He came through with flying colors, thanks for great customer service. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in an auto parts store.

Good people.... needed a air filter wanted a good one so ordered it picked up the next morning...

They say they are not part of the napa family, I had a return, and everybody acted like I had the Black Plague. Very disappointed, not what I expected from napa.

Consistently some of the worst customer service I have ever seen in any type of public-facing business. I have been here three separate times, and each time the employees behind the counter act like they're doing me a big favor by even allowing me to walk in the door. Today there were four people behind the counter, and only one of them was able to manage to make a noise in my direction when I came in. I asked who would be able to help me and they all just stared. The employee who did help me was rude and condescending, though to his credit he softened up a little bit by the time I left. Regardless, I'm done. It's the closest parts store to my house, but I'll drive a little farther to avoid this location.

Was in a bind was loading coil tubing at the last min. They decided that they wanted straps instead of chains. Called Napa and they found them AND deliverd to me where I was loading.
