Updated, tried again.. attitude is worse, still not stocked or skilled for even vary basic hydraulic hose, no atf on stock.... is this even an auto store? Hydraulics are a real weak spot. 3 times recently I've gone in to get a very basic fitting or hose made and was told we didn't have the part or I'd have to come back when the 'hydraulics guy ' was in or 'we can't make the hose without one to copy' When they do have the right staff and parts... You'll pay about double a regular hydraulic shop rate.

This store was sold back to NAPA Cooperate. Went in this week, new manager, less staff, stock everywhere, floors dirty, unfortunately things have changed for the worse. Hope it gets fixed soon as many prefer NAPA parts. More than just automotive parts. Hydraulic hoses are made here to order, tractor service supplies, and more. Expert advice and parts managers that will search hard for the replacement part you need. This is a long-standing fixture in the Hillsborough community.

Our truck broke down w failed fan belt tensioner 5 miles from nowhere at 9am. These guys were the only ones who went out their way to help. Drove the part out to our stranded truck in 15 minutes so we could get ourselves back on the road in 30 minutes. Devine intervention that we broke down where we did ... 10 miles more either way and we would probably still be stranded. Only wish I could give them ten stars. Hillsborough is lucky.

I gave this establishment 5 stars because of the EXCELLENT customer service I received! "Matt" (salesman) was most courteous and professional in getting me the best price for the front windshield wipers and rear wiper I purchased and he even installed them for me! Highly recommend this NAPA location!
