Our daughter was headed out of town and needed windshield wipers. We showed up at 5:58 and the sign said they close at 6:00. The employee made eye contact, but then locked the door. We took our business to Auto Zone instead.

I was purchasing a battery online to get a 20% discount on a truck battery, finished paying and setting up for pickup all done. Went to the store here in Rolla Mo took my old battery with me to get the new battery, walked up to the counter and this gentleman said (emp. 2052) can I help you I showed him the papers from online order and he looked at me and said he could not help me with the online order due to some discrepancies on the web site with the address, but he said there is a phone number you can call and cancel the order online. I told the gentleman that I needed a battery that day and he said let me see what I can do for you and try to match what was on the web site. He did a great job getting the same price and had me on my way in just a little time. I appreciate all he done and

This shop earned my business first by having the best price and availability of the parts I needed. Unfortunately, I ended up having a problem with a remanufactured alternator. The bad alternator was NOT the fault of the staff at the store. Despite this, the kind folks at this shop took complete ownership of the problem and went above and beyond to do everything in their power to make it right. They bench tested a replacement for me and got me a part we knew was working properly. Because of this, my vehicle is running again with the least pain possible, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. Always has everything you need, and if they don't, they will get it figured out quickly. I do like the fact that napa has a payment option and is willing to help people out that need a part right then, even if you don't have the money.
