NAPA Auto Parts

I visited 3 other large chain stores looking for 2 air filters. It was I don't have them in stock, but, I can have them for you on Monday after 12pm. If I wanted them on Monday, I would have came on Monday! Thank you, NAPA, for having what I needed when I needed it! Oh, they were on sale for nearly 50% off! The good stuff, not the cheapo stuff. Dean was a life saver! After being told by bessemer napa that this was not a part napa offered, searched the catalog and found the numbers, I paid for 4 but received 8, they had some old inventory and threw it In, highly highly recommend!

If I could give one group of people a direct fast pass to straight to heaven it would be the employees of this Napa in Jasper. We’re 3 hours from home, it’s a holiday weekend, and we’re trying to get to the beach, and these men (AN HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSED) came to our rescue on the side of the road with the parts, the best attitude, and it was cheap as hell too. Please lord let these men be blessed big because without them I’d have to get towed back to Memphis and I think I’d rather be stuck on the side of the road forever than go back there.

The staff here are awesome. Great customer service and great attitude! My brake booster decided to stop working on my F250 while towing a 5000lb boat up from Biloxi to our vacation rental on Lake Smith. I ordered the parts online at 7am and they were ready for pickup when they opened at 9am. Since I was from out of town I had no real choice but to do the repair at the store. Clint and the team wouldn’t let me work on the truck in the parking lot because of the down pour of rain and instead open up the bay door for me to work inside. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the down to earth, get it done attitude everyone at this store displayed. Prices were great and they had everything I needed in stock for a 25 year old Diesel. Well done!
