NAPA Auto Parts - Jean C. Dupont Ltd

I broke down on my yearly trip to Nfld and being the long weekend, I was forced to temporarily fix it myself because there were no shops with immediate availability. I called numerous parts stores looking for a brake part and they were the only ones that had one in stock within a 2 hour radius of my location. I offered my credit card over the phone and they told me to just come that they would hold it. Sure enough, it was there waiting for me. I was really impressed with the service I received, I only wish they were closer to me because good service is hard to find these days.

Awesome help from staff, can't thank them enough. We had some car trouble and no garages in the area open on a Saturday. Went to this NAPA to see if they had a ODBC2 car scanner. Someone got a personal scanner out of their vehicle, and plugged it into our car to see if any issues detected. Gave us the confidence to get back on the road, and they had a scanner in stock that we picked up for the drive. Thanks guys, you're total life-savers!

These guys are amazing! Even if you need a few tiny parts worth a dollar or less, they go out of their way to find what you need. The staff also has excellent advice about solutions to situations that are not easy. Thanks, guys.
