Having sold my motorcycle due to work commitments, I was looking for a fun vehicle with a removal top to enjoy the summer months. Rendez-vous Chrysler had a 2021 White Jeep Wrangler that caught my eye. I contacted salesperson Alexis Grondin on a Sunday no less and he got back to me very quickly. Over the next few days, we went back and forth on trade-in value, price and payment. Unfortunately, we could not come together on a deal, due to where I wanted to be on payment. Alexis communication was excellent and his professionalism was outstanding. There was no pressure to make a deal, nor did he use some of the old car sales tricks. Should things change on my end and I would not hesitate to contact Alexis and Rendez-vous Chrysler again. I highly recommend dealing with Alexis.

Was driving down hiway by Edmunston and pulled over to have a nap and left car running. When i woke up the car ran out of gas, so took 20L gas can and put gas in car. But the car would not start. So i called hiway assistance and he started beating on gas tank, still not starting, so i had it towed to a Chrysler dealership. Once there it sat outside for 3 days before they looked at it and told me the starter needed to be replaced but would have to wait for 2 days for it to show up. But i said it needs a fuel pump too, and he said they would if it needed it but have to wait for a starter first (starter solenoid) and the guy at chysler said it was all one piece. So once they replaced the starter it still would not start (like i said) and they checked it and found a faulty fuel pump and had to

It was last January and we were on our way to Amherst when we had car trouble. We could not shut the driver's door. We tied the door using a rope to make it partially shut but my family (myself, 2 kids and wife) can still feel the minus 18 degree cold wind! After less than 5 minutes, two police men saw us and guided us to this dealership. The mechanic fixed our door in less than 5 mins. No traffic ticket. No charge from the mechanic. We were at the right place at the right time. God bless these good people.

My daughter and i were traveling from Fredericton to Saint Jean sur Richilieu Qc. Our altenator went in our car. A tow truck brought us to Rendez_Vous Chrysler Ltd. While they searched for an altenator they made arrangements for us to have a rental as a back up. The part was found, and they had us back on the road in an hour or less. They did all this for us on a Friday as closing time was approaching. I cant say enough about the kindness of the staff there. Thanks to you all.
