Véloce Edmundston Hyundai

During a family trip, my car broke down in a remote location I'd never been to before. Fortunately, there was an Edmundston Hyundai just 30 minutes away, and my car was repaired without incident. It was a long way from where I live in Ontario(Over 1,200km), and I hadn't purchased the car there, but they treated me with smiles and kindness from the day I dropped it off. I'm especially grateful to everyone at the Edmundston location for their continued communication and information via email during our family trip and after we returned. I'm especially grateful to Joe Lavoie and Brian. I sincerely hope Edmundston Hyundai continues to thrive.

Called several times, left 2 messages, no return phone calls. Had car damaged by a transport tire blowing out in front of us. Driving from Ontario to Halifax, wasn't sure it was safe wanted it checked.

5 STARS FOR THE TEAM AT EDMUNDSTON HYUNDAI!! Brian took great care in helping us with an unexpected break down on our road trip to New Brunswick when it seemed like no one else could! He listened and worked with us to solve a bizarre problem and the whole team did a great job with their service. We drove it all the way back to Ontario with zero issues! We appreciate Brian and his whole team!

Amazing service! On our way home to Nova Scotia from a road trip in Ontario and Quebec when our Santa Fe began leaking oil. 30 Minutes before closing, Daniel had us come right over, had a mechanic take a look at it, and instantly knew the issue and how to fix it. Provided us a shuttle to our accommodations for the night and our car was clean and ready to go the very next morning. Cannot say enough great things about the wonderful customer service!!!

Their service department has excellent people who are very helpful and does everything possible to serve their customer. I had n emergency situation and Daniel in their service department was super helpful. Thank you guys!!
