There was such a nice gentleman working today, and when I was having trouble getting the oil cap off because of my arthritis, he came and helped me without being asked. I was very appreciative.

Go here. Don't sleep on this place! I was looking for a mower belt and I had been driving around for 2 days trying to "buy local" because the lawn mower stores we're closed after 5 and the weekends. We'll, no local place had it. So, I stopped here on the off chance that maybe there was one. Staff was absolutely friendly and super helpful. He came up with a belt that was almost perfect. It was a little smaller, but time stretches the one you bring in to compare and luckily, my pully tensioner is very moveable. Bought the belt that was priced well, and took it home and put it on the mower. And it worked perfectly.

I went in for some rust preventative. The salesman there said if I really want to prevent rust I should move out of Wisconsin. Good to see some humor. They had a couple products I will try out.

Had to get brake pads for my VW. First time I got the wrong pads and wasn't told they had 2 types. Had to drive another hour to return to get correct ones. I even had the vehicle there so we could have checked I'd I knew there were 2 types. They were expensive as well which was dissapointing but they work well.

Of all the auto-parts stores un Eau Claire, only NAPA had the plug wires I needed. Others were next day or 2, plus possible shipping charge. Or wait several days for free. So Thank You NAPA
