Good customer service, knowledgeable workers and quality parts. Napa gets a 5 star review because after completing my purchase, I was rewarded with a full on, game winning shot at the buzzer, high 5... That's what's up.

David was very helpful and came out to help with a wiper in very crappy and cold weather. Had us in and out in 3 mins!

David was so awesome in helping my friend and I navigate a terrible battery. Definitely deserves some praise.

NAPA (1710 N Clairemont Ave) has to be one of the worst auto parts stores in Eau Claire. Horrible customer service and very rude. I tried returning a battery cable that I had purchased from a different NAPA store and they refused to give me the full price of the cable even though I had the receipt. They were very annoyed and angry that I wouldn't return it to the NAPA store that I purchased it from. I drive by NAPA everyday on my way to work and I now realize why the parking lot is always empty and O'Reilly's Auto Parts down the street is always busy.

I really like the team at this NAPA, I have been purchasing parts for my vehicles since 1992. They are friendly and helpful, and when I place an order for something not in stock, it typically arrives in 24 hours.
