The elderly man was extremely rude and disrespectful when I came in to return auto parts. He made unnecessary comments about how much work it is for them to handle returns, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable
The guy in the front desk is really miserable. I ended leaving the place I think he doesn’t like his job. Very bad customer service.
I have NEVER, EVER had a bad experience with them. They are always friendly and helpful. Even today, Bruce replaced some bulbs on an old ladie's Buick in the parking lot. Always a good experience. Always.
Multiple generations of a family running a well stocked and helpful auto parts store. Great people, I try and go every time. Call ahead, they dont always have the parts, but can get most of them same day.
