Napa has great service. We called ahead and had gentleman hold a part. Upon arriving we were treated walking in the door the young woman at the counter was very professional and had great customer service skills. She processed our transaction quickly and accurately. Nice to have such great service. She is an asset to your store.

0 stars... showed up during normal hours for a part that was said to be in stock. Website said they were opened and they were closed. 30 min drive one way. Awesome

This is the best Napa store in the city. If they don’t have what you need, they know where you can find it. If you have any auto parts you’re looking for, come here first!! I had no wait time to get assistance, the guy who helped me didn’t hesitate to call a competitor to check their supply when he was out of what I needed. This is a huge store, even though you can’t tell from the outside.

1 of the better parts stores I've been to. I'm a automotive service technician, so that matters to me. Very helpful staff. Friendly. Knowledgeable, and kind. I wish they were in my part of town!
