NAPA Auto Parts - Lenoir

Stopped in for a few items and was greeted quickly by a man named Gary and a couple others with smiling faces. Store looked well maintained with plenty of options to choose from. I got the few things I needed quickly and they helped me load it up since it was cases of oil and some other smaller items. Highly recommend this NAPA for all your parts needs!! I'll be back!! Napa has been around a very long time. The store was clean. I was surprised when it took so long to get waited on. With only three customers in the store it took two employees to wait on one person. The employees were discussing things that had nothing to do with auto parts or the customers' issue. Every employee should be more aware of their surroundings and the amount of time that they waste on behalf of others.

Weather you are a do it yourself guy like me or a top not garage this is the best parts house for automotive supply in Lenoir. By far the most the best quality as well as the most knowledgeable staff the area has to offer. It's not my opinion I have never had a disagreement when discussing place to purchase auto parts.

I recently purchased a pair of windshield wipers one employee said he couldn't do it the technical reasons another young fellow working there said he would be happy to do it so I'll let you decide about Napa in general

Excellent service, help, and price. No other place could help me. They showed me how to fix a part. Associate said " our job is to get you back on the road". I will shop at this parts store from now on.
