NAPA Auto Parts

This store does not check on your “ check engine light” I was told they do not even have the machine. How can I buy the parts to fix my car if I don’t know what parts I need to fix my car? not impressed! Also the location is less than ideal and difficult to access as it is basically not visible from the main road.

These guys are great. Like any parts store, they have parts. What makes a difference is the staff. I have never had a bad experience and they tend to offer assistance when troubleshooting a problem. You can get parts cheaper on line, and when it fails no one will be there to assist. I have come back with parts that failed and they gave me no hassle. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. Kyle is especially helpful. Every time my husband sends me in for parts and I clearly don't know what I'm doing he always goes the extra mile to help me out. The store is always very clean, organized and I'm always greeted and asked if I need help finding anything as soon as I walk in the door. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I ordered a part for my car, got it in same day. And one of the guys there was kind enough to help me put the part on. Well really he did it, while I held the hatch door up. I was very grateful to him. Thank you.

I sent my daughter in for a specific fluid and Jim immediately greeted her, found out what she needed and went and got it for her. He got her exactly what was needed, at the best value. She commented on how well she was treated, and I thought I would pass that along.
