Little steep on prices but friendly service

Low end rifaf establishment! service quality has gone completely off the rails! zero customer satisfaction! completely overpriced inventory of all sorts. Lots of employees standing around while people walk in not knowing what to do Or where to go to get parts. Really hope the lady behind the counter gets her attitude checked. Speaking loudly profanity to customers! Screaming out loud that she needs a Smoke break. Clearly can’t handle being in the customer service field. I’m going to talk to my partnered business about no longer buy from here! Not here to feel inconvenient about ordering simple supplies at a parts store that I have been going to for years! Very disappointed. Hope for change will be checking back in for improvement!

God bless the folks at Napa Auto Parts they did such an amazing job with helping me they got me a windshield wiper blade on my car when I didn't even know what I had needed they help me find the best option for a cheap price even helped me put it on when I didn't know how I couldn't think the more they are such wonderful folks if you need anything I highly highly recommend them

Best parts store in town. Hands down no argument. Try it out.

Super helpful, went out of their way to help find not only but two vendors to help a vendor work on an air compressor. Both times I called the guys were respectful and courteous.
