Well stocked and reasonably priced, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly been using them for years! Denise is awesome!!

Bought some windshield washer fluid priced at $3.69 on the shelf. Was charged over $5. I went in to double check the price and return, if the “Napa” brand was truly 5.50 per gallon. I asked why I was charged so much and she started with the attitude like I didn’t have the right to be upset after being charged 80% more than what was advertised on the shelf. Who even charges that for a gallon of generic washer fluid. Done here. I’ve spent thousands in this place over the last 30 years. To be treated with that type of attitude sucks, to say the least.

Five star service. Got me the parts that I needed quickly, before the winter snow hit. Priced fairly. Braden, the assistant manager was great. Polite and knowledgeable crew.

Unbelievably poor customer service. I went in to buy rainX wiper blades. They had them on display with two different prices 24.99 ea and 28.99ea and charged me 30.99 each. I should have walked out but I didn't. I decided to return them and when I pointed out that I did not appreciate the way they do business I was told I was rude for pointing out what I believe they are paying for these items and ultimately what I was charged. When I tried to give an example of how when one would go to say a Walmart and the advertised price was lower than the sale price, the customer would pay the advertised price. But I could not get that thought out because the employee told me go to Walmart then. I said I won't be back and her response was I'm not sorry to hear that. Time for some training on ho

When the parts expert ,I use that word very sarcastic. Shows you caliper pin that are missing a rubber sleeve and then says, it won't hurt the part to much. Time to walk away !
