Bought battery online, so paying the $18 core was a must. Picked up battery with core in hand. They advised they had to do the core on a separate transaction from online purchase. Ok, no problem. Carried battery back because it would not fit. Advised I'd received credit when I had my battery at time of purchase and would only get refund on battery without the core. If I'm not getting a refund on the core, then they owe me my old battery back, which is now long gone, so I was screwed in not getting my $18 core refund because my battery's gone. Inexperienced staff is putting it lightly. F+++++

They are great! This location always provides great customer service.

2 people at counter 8 customers waiting, and the staff is talking for 10 min to one customer at that rate It would take an hour to pay for something off th shelf. I gave up.

Was sold the wrong part. Only to have to go to the warehouse myself to remedy the problem. Did I mention the part cost me $200 more! Did appreciate the casual attitude to remedy my problem. Won't be back.

This location always takes forever to attend to customers, even with nobody in line you can stand there for 30 minutes waiting.
