NAPA Auto Parts - Mt Pocono

Sent my son down with a section of vacuum line to get more. They asked son to call me to verify what king of line it is. I say VACUUM. Son comes home with 5 feet of FUEL line @ $4 per foot. Not the first time by a long shot they sell you the wrong thing. Walked out once with 2 sets of front brake pads, asked for fronts and matching rear. Come on, man... I really dont want to have to go to Amazon for everything, but its getting harder every day.

Good parts, okay prices, not the friendliness of staff, kind of blunt, all of them. Anyway... they have always gotten the parts right and typically fast. Have not had a parts delay which keeps the business rolling. This, they are great at.

Fast and accurate service. Fair pricing and the facility is clean. Will be going past Advance Auto AND Auto Zone to do business here in the future.

At the store service is decent. Over phone can be hit or miss depending on who you deal with. Some employees will literally tell you they don't sell the part if they don't feel like dealing with it. Ive personally delt with this. Calling from another number and having a different person that actually wants to work. Over phone service is lacking for LACK of better words. Prices can be competitive depending among the purchase. In store is organized.

Wonderful experience via telephone with Jonathan today. Very easy to navigate my issues and get assistance with this guy on the phone. Not too many take the time to get the info and solve the problem. Saved me a lot of running around and confusion looking for the part. Thanks!
