Had to get the snow essentials and thankfully they had everything on my list, salt, wiperfluid, gas can and gas treatment. Employees were fantastic 5/5.

Very good automotive store with a lot of parts on hand. Prices are very competitive with good warranty.

Unfortunately, Napa is posting the wrong parts on their stores and website, I bought an intake manifold gasket for an Acura MDX 2016 and I got the wrong part at the store, went to the website and they're trying to sell me the same WRONG part, at the end I had to clean the old gaskets and put them back

I go to this NAPA on a regular basis, and I've been going here for decades. I am an ASE Master Technician and have had several area shops employ me and they used this store as their primary parts supply source. Not to mention that I live less than a mile from here. Recently, I had a minor issue. Long story short, I sent NAPA an email and then received a call from the manager, Crystal. I found her to be very helpful. Employees like her and Juan (whom I have dealt with several times recently while purchasing parts here on weekends) are part of why I continue to frequent this company. They understand the value of providing professional service and their actions show they value their customers.
