quick and easy, always have the product and gave me choices. I actually list tried to change my lights, and my fault for not bringing the light in but the lights are completely different and I had to buy new ones from a different store. 🤷‍♀️

Very nice and clean store, however, the employees are not as attentive and helpful as they should be!

Not helpful they're very rude and will leave you standing there in the floor while they go and do something else. Came in on another occasion, and one of the employees was holding on a whole conversation while i just politely stood waiting. I most definitely don't recommend this place

The manager of this location was a miserable human being who obviously hates his job . He made my dad & I feel unwelcome and as if we were bothering him when we came in for asking him for any assistance and attempted to make us go to another location for a service he was more than able to perform, as a regular NAPA customer I know this. The other employees were Awesome and willing to help. I will most certainly will be taking my business elsewhere going forward until that manager is Gone.

Waited for service, poor customer service, no one looks up. Three employees at counter hardly acknowledge me, a waiting customer. Continued to wait, employee comments on lizard at window, cannot wait on customer ready to check out. I left - No Purchase- not worth it. Not the first time I "aged" while waiting to be helped at this location.
