Very rude customer service I called and they were very snooty never getting parts from here

7th manager in 3 years. Counter help pisses customers off. And drivers are standing around because management sits on orders . The driver has to ask management if this order should go. No training us going on. A new counter guy can sit and do practically nothing and get pd. $20. Some guys can work what ever hours they want and others can not. This store in Hamburg sucks.

Great store always have have what I need. Only issue is the big guy behind the register. Zero personality, no professionalism, short answered like he's bothered by your presence. Lazy, asked for a tool behind counter. His response....turned a lil bit and said right there!

Now I know why this place is always empty. Was told 2 day shipping, arriving Weds AM, called Weds afternoon, "hopefully tomorrow". Go in Saturday, still not there. Nobody called to tell me it still wasn't there. Oh yeah, and we ordered you a Remanufactured part without informing you
