NAPA Auto Parts

This is one of the best parts store around in my opinion. Their rewards system is better than any others & if you have a AAA membership you get an additional discount! This location always seems to have the stuff I need in stock. I only wish they didn’t close so early!

The gentleman in the store helped me out, found exactly what I needed. Was knowledgeable and was friendly.

Was charged $13.29 for a product clearly marked $11.99. When I brought it to the cashiers attention she said the price must have changed recently and they haven't gotten around to changing the signage. Wouldn't refund the difference. Last time I shop here - it's the principal of it. Lots of other auto parts stores nearby.

Overall good customers service and reasonably priced merchandise. However, I ordered and prepaid an item that shows in stock but never found. First promised to be in store in 2 to 3 hours but never happened. Checked the next day and was again promised to have it the following day - not happening... Finally arrived 3 days later, and I had to call them to find out.
