NAPA Auto Parts

I am no one. I'm looking for deals online more these days. I found a great deal on some shop supplies. I got an email saying my supplies were delivered to this store. I called to verify before wasting gas on a blank run. The young lady found my order and said she'd have it waiting for me to arrive. When I got there it was on the counter. She had wonderful customer service and I was outta there in 2 minutes. Happy Monday people! Thank you for your time... reading my review and enjoy your day!

I’ve been a fan of NAPA for a long time. From Ohio to Palmetto. It’s the one parts store I can go home with the actual part I ask for and not have to return.

Had to stop for a motorcycle fob battery. They found it and installed it for me! Great group of people here!

Ordered parts on Saturday.. Said would be ready Sunday, so i ordered the parts!!! We'll here we are Sunday night and don't have parts??? Gotta be Monday!!!! If I would have known that I could have got them closer to work!!! So No not the best Napa!!!!

Today I went in to buy jumper cables. They were sold out, so the man at the counter loaned me his own. He said, "Here, just take mine and bring them back later." How sweet! Although I didn't need to buy anything, I'll make sure to go back there if I ever do! Great customer service.
