The good - Really kind people and highly attentive. Readily communicative and constantly providing updates. They don’t try to take advantage of you based on your circumstances either. You can tell they really try to work with you and have deep concerns for your safety. Area of improvement - Speed of service could increase. I would’ve liked to be in and out a little quicker. It wasn’t terrible though. I’ve been in much worse situations. Overall - I’d recommend them. They’re good people.

Professional and expedited service! Mounted and balanced a new set of mud terrain tires I brought from home for me in under 45 minutes. $15 a piece price can't be beat by anyone these days! After far too many times waiting HOURS even with an appointment to have the same service done at Discount Tire or Tires Plus in Peachtree City, I'm done with them! I'll be giving Palmetto tire shop all my tire business from now on.

Very expensive for the service they have in the tires that they do have it's too much money I understand an emergency I went there one time I'll never go there again

My car broke down on the side of the road on my way to work. They answered my call and quickly came out to do repairs. Fair prices and told me everything up front. I didn't miss work as she kept me updated on the service and sent me pictures. (Before and after of car) As well as moved my car to a safe location off the side of the road. I recommend and will use them again.
