NAPA Auto Parts - Pennsburg

The guys here are awesome and they always have the parts I need.

The 4 times ive been in there, always have what i need. Well stocked store! However staff is, lets call it grumpy/miserable people. And today was my last time going in there to buy anything. I do have to go back to drop a core off. However im DONE with the poor attitude.

As others have said, their staff is grumpy. Local garages won’t use them due to the poor quality and high prices.

Limited availability of parts in stock but can get the parts needed within hours or by the next day. Staff is helpful but sometimes you need to ask for assistance. Overall not too bad of a parts supply.

Small town vibe. Helpful staff. Prefer this location over the bigger chain stores nearby. I always go here first and most times it is the only place I need to go to get my part.
