NAPA Auto Parts - Poison Creek Inc.

We were passing through town, but stopped at the city's RV dump station to empty our tanks. Our truck wouldn't start when we were ready to leave - dead battery. Called NAPA and talked to Eddie about delivering 2 new batteries. He said he can't deliver batteries to a non-auto repair garage, but he can come pick us up and give a ride to his store. While waiting, I removed our batteries and he took us to the store and tested our batteries. They were still good, so he suggested corrosion of the contacts was the problem, so sold us some post cleaner and wire post/cable scrubber. That did the trick and we were back on our way, saving us $500 in new batteries. Thank you, NAPA and Eddie.

My husband & I traveled from Wisconsin as we got to our camp ground we got a hole in the lower radiator hose. I forgot the awesome guys name but he helped me get all the parts we needed and delivered them to us as we couldn't drive anywhere. I am so thankful for him and his amazing service.

We got stranded, early in the morning with a shredded serpentine belt and idler pullies. Ben and the staff here did so much to help us and gather the parts from their store and other stores in the area to get us back on the road! Absolutely love them and they are a blessing to this town!
