Overpriced, can’t seem to get what you ordered, charged my card twice for one purchase! I will drive to Napa in Spearfish or even Sundance but I’m done here!
For the third time in a row I went into this store and was treated like a pain-in-the (---)! Two counter people one turned her back to me, and the guy just walked away towards the back. I make it a matter of habit to drive to Spearfish NAPA for my auto part needs where customer SERVICE is a priority, unless I am pressed for time. I would give NAPA parts five stars, ZERO stars for this particular location's total lack of customer service, so give it a three star average rating.
They were very helpful, kind, courteous, and efficient! I’m extremely satisfied with both the service and my product from NAPA Belle Fourche today!
Great customer service! Supper friendly and fast! Had a couple of hydraulic hoses that I needed custom built. They made them correctly the first time! Highly recommend!
Local owned parts store pretty decent people. Not a regular so got the look and attitude of that. Still helpful though. Will go again
