Plains Towing and Recovery

Waited 6 hrs for them to reach me and two hours till next town...they were awesome and worked through a company billing issue amicabley. 44 total hrs from blown tire to being mobile but towing service was superb

Car battery was dead this morning. I was unable to jump it. Car needed towing to the repair shop. I called Progressive for roadside assistance and they assigned the tow to Plains Towing. I got a text their driver (Cameron) that he was on his way. He showed up less than 5 minutes later. Cameron was energetic, polite and helpful. He checked the battery first and determined it was good. He then tried to reset the anti-theft system and determined that the car did need to be towed. His equipment was clean and he was extremely careful and efficient in his work. I had a fantastic experience with Plains Towing this morning. Thank you Cameron! -Chris

These guys are amazing!! Alvin and Cameron rescued my boyfriend and I from an awful situation, and got us back on the road again. These guys are incredibly talented, and super nice to boot. True masters of their craft, I will recommend them time, and time again! Thanks so much guys!

Great experience. Had to use Plains when we were road-tripping and unfortunately smucked a Deer that totaled our vechilein the middle of NO WHERE. Our Driver Adrian brought us back to Belle Fourche and took us to our hotel. The staff was very kind and polite - they even gifted us free tickets to the Rodeo! Thankful for the companies kindness and compassions during our tough to. Definitely recommend if needing a tow!

very simple and easy to work with, requested tow and they towed me, simple as that. the driver i had was awesome very kind and helped me understand what could be wrong with my car. overall great service!
